Bunkerhill Health Welcomes FIDI to Help Build the Future of AI-Driven Healthcare

Bunkerhill Health is thrilled to welcome FIDI to our consortium as a key collaborator in developing our foundation model—a next-generation AI platform that will power future innovations across various specialties. 

This foundation model will serve as the bedrock for Bunkerhill Health’s clinical AI tools, enabling rapid iteration, fine-tuning, and new solutions without the need for constant retraining. With insights from diverse patient populations, the model will evolve to meet real-world needs—empowering providers with the tools to predict and intervene earlier in patient care.

While many AI companies develop models in isolation, Bunkerhill Health’s consortium-driven approach ensures that each algorithm benefits from multi-institutional input—refining it with insights from centers like Stanford, Johns Hopkins, and UCSF. This collaborative model ensures faster development, more inclusive data, and clinical algorithms that better reflect the complexity of patient care.

FIDI (Fundação Instituto de Pesquisa e Estudo de Diagnóstico por Imagem) is a Brazilian non-profit organization specializing in high-quality diagnostic imaging services, especially for public health systems. Established to improve accessibility and efficiency in medical imaging, FIDI offers a range of radiological exams, including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray, focusing on meeting the needs of public hospitals and healthcare centers. Through a combination of advanced technology, expertise in radiology, and a commitment to social responsibility, FIDI plays a key role in enhancing diagnostic capacity and patient care across Brazil.
