We're proud to partner with the WVU Heart and Vascular Institute as they bring Bunkerhill Health’s AI-powered iCAC algorithm to West Virginia, enhancing cardiovascular care through early detection and personalized follow-up. WVU patients now benefit from automatic CAC scoring during routine CT scans, helping clinicians intervene sooner and make care more proactive. Stamford Health has become the first healthcare system in Connecticut to use Bunkerhill Health’s AI algorithm for early detection of coronary artery disease. This tool automatically analyzes CT scans to identify potential heart disease, making it easier for patients to get timely and cost-effective care. Born out of Stanford University's Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging (AIMI) Center, BunkerHill does not develop AI algorithms itself, but instead is building a platform and network of health systems to allow them to test algorithms against different data sets.
